Working closely with the marketing team, wholesale partners and design team, you'll help bring each collection to life, from concept and campaign through to market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate PR samples across local and international opportunities, including stylist loans, creative collaborations, wholesale partners and celebrity dressing.
  • Manage sample movements, PR send-outs and showroom coordination.
  • Write product copy across brand channels.
  • Assist with photoshoot production, from sample preparation through to post-production.
  • Coordinate and support events and brand activations.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and assist the Social Media Manager as required.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including campaign launches, digital activations, website updates, and charity and sponsorship initiatives, while contributing to other marketing projects as required.

Wholesale

  • Support wholesale partners with marketing activity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective accounts and wholesale enquiries.
  • Support the Head of Wholesale with identifying and approaching potential new accounts.
  • Provide sales agents and wholesale partners with assets, reports, and seasonal support.
  • Coordinate seasonal sales activity, including account lists, sales schedules, sales materials, appointment coordination and showroom preparation.
  • Support wholesale order coordination, order entry and post-sales administration as required.
  • Assist with broader wholesale initiatives as needed.

Workroom Support

  • Assist the wider KW workroom team with day-to-day tasks, gaining hands-on insight into the collection journey from design and sampling through to market, and how this connects with marketing and wholesale.
