About The Role

Karen Walker seeks a globally-minded and passionate Marketing Communications Manager to execute dynamic marketing communication strategies, including social media management, content creation, influencer collaborations, and photoshoot coordination, driving brand engagement and growth across diverse markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement organic social media strategy for Karen Walker brand and retail. - Create image and video content for social media and digital marketing. - Manage influencer/talent outreach and requests, including gifting, collaborations, and partnerships. - Produce in-house photoshoots in collaboration with the Creative Director and wider marketing team, and manage asset creation following. - Commission, and collaborate with, external creatives for photoshoots and content creation. - Procure and manage content and imagery from external brand partners. - Contribute insights and creative input to marketing plans. - Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in executing communications strategy including press events, launches and editorial pitching. - Manage sample lending to stylists, creatives, KW wholesalers, and international celebrity dressing opportunities in the PR showroom. - Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, including product copywriting, events, EDMs, e-commerce edits and editorial, and ad-hoc opportunities as required. - Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and manage the affiliate program. - Facilitate charity requests.

About You

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: - 3+ years of experience in a relevant position. - Proven experience in social media management, and content creation specifically within fashion. - The ability to juggle multiple projects, with great attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, creativity, and innovative thinking - A collaborative spirit. - Proficiency in social media tools, with a passion for staying updated on the latest developments. - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
