Managing a tight knit team, you will pioneer the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, all while leading and motivating a high performing team. You will be the driving force behind the success of the store while actively nurturing your team and community alike. These roles will be advocates for brand ambassadorship and actively foster long term relationships with our community and wider retail teams. Our successful candidates will continually nurture, inspire and assist in driving our boutiques from strength-to-strength. We're seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a five-month fixed-term contract. As we prepare for an exciting summer season filled with new launches and campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives. With a focus on managing influencer relationships, overseeing social media, and coordinating photoshoots, you’ll work closely with our team to bring campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook - Manage and develop influencer and talent relationships, facilitating partnerships, collaborations, and respond to incoming requests. - Lead outreach efforts to identify and onboard new influencers and talent. - Lead monthly in-house photoshoots from concept through to final asset delivery, managing team bookings, model casting, prop sourcing, location scouting, and styling. - Manage post-photoshoot image editing and the creation of assets. - Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, including product copywriting, event coordination, e-commerce edits, and other ad-hoc responsibilities. - Manage PR samples and showroom activities, including the loaning of samples to stylists, creatives, wholesalers, and for celebrity dressing opportunities. - Support the Head of Comms in identifying and maximising PR opportunities. - Facilitate charity requests as required. Hours and location: This contract offers between 24 to 32 hours per week. The exact hours are negotiable based on the successful candidate’s experience, expertise, and preference. The role is based at our HQ in Grey Lynn, Auckland.

You will be versed in store operations and strive to be a leader in customer service and retail. Candidates must be able to work weekends with availability over the summer holidays.
