About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join us on a full-time basis, Tuesday to Saturday.
As the Store Manager of our Ponsonby boutique, you will lead and inspire a close-knit team while collaborating with head office and fellow store managers. You’ll oversee all aspects of store performance—including sales, customer experience, and inventory management—and drive growth in performance, culture, and customer engagement.
You will have a demonstrated history in retail and strive to be a leader in your field while possessing the following qualities
- Strong people leadership and communication
- Drive and self-motivation
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and experience
- High literacy and numerical skills
- Proficiencies in POS and inventory management software
- Ability to multitask in fast paced, large format settings
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professionalism and trustworthy nature
- Passion for the brand as well as wider fashion trends
How you will contribute:

- Oversee all store operations, Visual Merchandising, staff training and rostering.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a fashion, retail management environment. Exposure in a luxury or high-end setting preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Suite as well as POS and inventory management software (Shopify advantageous)
- Strong understanding of aspects of retail management including operations, inventory, and sales
- Incomparable analytical and problem-solving skills
